Former Valley Forge Turf Club Opens Second PA Sportsbook In Week

Valley Forge Race and Sportsbook

The location of the former Valley Forge Turf Club became the second sportsbook to go live in the Valley Forge area last week after officially launching on Thursday after two days of successful testing.

The launch of the Pennslyvania’s eighth overall sportsbook comes just in time for March Madness. Earlier in the week, the Valley Forge Casino sportsbook underwent a successful test period before going live on Wednesday. Despite the similar names, the sportsbooks are not associated with each other.

The Valley Forge Race and Sportsbook will be operated by Greenwood Gaming and Entertainment, the owner of Parx Casino. The sportsbook marks the third Parx-related casino, with previous sportsbooks opening up at the Parx Casino and the Philadelphia Turf Club.

Details Of Valley Forge Race and Sportsbook

Located in Oaks, PA off of the Pennsylvania Turnpike, the Valley Forge Turf Club is just 5 minutes from the Valley Forge Turf Club sportsbook, which will likely lead to intense sports betting competition in the area. Although there are now six sportsbooks in and around Philadelphia, the two new sportsbooks located around the Valley Forge National Historic Park are the first to serve the North Western Philadelphia suburbs.
